Data you provide

The forms request contact details, property details and your message to handle enquiries, valuations or collaboration requests. In Nora, we process what you write, your search preferences, language and the context of the property or photograph you are viewing.

Nora does not need your name, email or phone number to help you search. Avoid including identity documents, bank details, health information or other sensitive data in the conversation.

How Nora works

Nora generates responses with the GPT-5.6 Terra model (gpt-5.6-terra) through OpenAI’s direct API. Your browser sends messages to Terranova’s server hosted on Vercel. That server sends up to the last 20 messages in the conversation, including the message you just sent, and the catalogue context needed to answer directly to OpenAI. To answer questions about the property you are viewing, up to six of its actual catalogue photographs may also be attached.

We use this processing to answer your questions, help you find properties and guide you through their photographs. Nora can make mistakes: confirm relevant details with the team before making a decision. A conversation does not automatically create a contact request, viewing or offer.

Conversation memory

The website keeps a copy of the conversation and search in your browser’s session storage (sessionStorage), so you can continue within the tab. The application only restores this context for four hours after its last update.

Terranova does not save Nora conversations in Supabase or another database of its own. Enquiries you submit through the forms are recorded separately. This local memory limit is not a retention period for Vercel or OpenAI: sending messages involves processing by those providers. Clearing browser data does not delete requests that have already been transmitted.

Contact and consent

The legal basis for handling form enquiries is the consent you give through the relevant checkbox. When you submit a form, your details are sent to Terranova’s service on Supabase and stored in a private database so the team can handle your enquiry. The on-screen confirmation means your enquiry has been recorded; it does not mean a confirmation email has been sent. You can use the forms or email the team directly without talking to Nora.

Data from a received enquiry is kept for as long as needed to handle it and meet applicable obligations. You can withdraw consent and request deletion by writing to the email address above.

Providers and technical data

Vercel hosts the website and Nora’s server. That server sends the content to OpenAI’s API, which processes it to generate a response. Supabase hosts Terranova’s public property catalogue and private database of contacts and enquiries. Personal details submitted through forms are not published in the catalogue. Email providers are involved when you email us directly. Infrastructure services may process technical data, such as IP addresses and operational logs, to provide and protect the service.

The four-hour local memory does not mean that these providers delete all data within that period. We do not claim a specific configuration for retention, training use or processing location. The links below provide information from the providers; contact Terranova with questions about your data.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to octavian@suitesolutions.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
